At Breathe With Me, we believe the longest, most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself.
Breath is our tool, simple, accessible, and profound, to regulate the nervous system, cultivate self-compassion, and uncover who we truly are beneath the noise.
This is yoga beyond the physical: a journey inward, a deepening of connection, and a space where you are held gently by community as you grow.
Here, you are invited to slow down, breathe fully, and meet your whole self with kindness and curiosity.
Because when we breathe together, we come home to ourselves.

I’m Liz, a lifelong student and guide in the art of breath and stillness. I believe the breath is our most accessible tool for healing, self-awareness, and inner-calm. My work is about helping you come home to yourself, no matter where you are on your journey. Whether you’re just beginning or deepening your practice, I’m here to hold space for your growth.
